Tuesday's Tip-Freezing Onions

Today's tip is something I haven't tried yet but everytime I see it I tell myself I just have to try it.  It's such a great idea and so simple.  I thought maybe some of you would like it, Freezing Onions and Herbs.  If you try it or have tried it let me know what you think.
