Baby Update

So, I'm at 38 1/2 weeks today. Had an appointment and ultrasound today and everything looks great. Baby's size and weight are exactly where they are suppose to be and I found out I'm already 3 cm. dilated. I've never been 3 cm. this early before. Will I actually have a chance of going early this time or, like all the others, go over a little? Only time will tell...
